I feel insulted by an app like this. My God Mother, Deborah Kobus, who died with her coworkers in the South Tower. I cant help but feel insulted that people find this in the app store and think this is cool... I feel like this stomps on her memory. Thank you creators, I already life through it each year, I dont need to relive it everyday.

This app was amazing. I absolutely cant wait to go to the museum, God bless all of the families and friends of those who were killed on this devastating day. I cannot believe some of the comments that Ive read. How could you even think that it was an inside job? No matter how bad out government is, no one would EVER do something that horrific. Grow up and quit being so ignorant. This app isnt meant to insult anyone either. It was meant to go along with the 9/11 museum that just opened. If any of you paid attention, you would realize that. The fact that some people are upset by the contents of this app is awful. And to those that feel that this was an inside job and not a legitimate terrorist attack, you still have no right to express that thought on here. How disrespectful. Quit acting like idiots.

Very disappointed, does not play in background so no picture taking while using. It also stops when phone locks. Museum is wonderful though. A must see.

I downloaded the app but when I tried to open it on my ipod, it states I need the update, but there is no update available...

For a memorial app, this is missing many of the facts of history, which disgraces those who lost their lives to terrorist manipulation. WTC 7 collapse is unmentioned, and bin Laden is repeatedly named, even though the president Bush and his administration said that he was no longer a target... as well as many more facts. Sad, and disgraceful.

I used this app during my visit to the museum. It was very useful in providing a submersion experience. However, the audio stops playing when phone goes to standby. Nevertheless, the app is a great start! Thanks.

As stated in the title, the content in the app is great but the fact that the audio stops every time your phone screen goes to black is awful. It would be better to offer the audio tracks via iTunes instead of as an app so you dont have to have your phone on and lit up the whole time running your battery to 0.

I was discouraged that the app does not continue to play audio when you switch to another app like your camera; its extremely annoying because sometimes the app "reboots" and you loose your place in the audio commentary. I was also discouraged that the app does not prevent the phone from auto locking. Several times throughout the tour, the narrator was cutoff because of this. Fix these issues, and you have a wonderful app.

Audio stops when the phone locks which is frustrating. A cool feature would be implementing iBeacon technology so the app knows where you are in the museum and could speak according to which exhibit the visitor is viewing in the museum.

The audio tracks are very informative and good to listen to throughout the museum. However, the audio stops every time you lock your phone, which will auto lock after about a minute, causing you to have to constantly unlock your phone. They should have tested the app throughout the museum while creating it, to catch egregious errors like these.

I dont even have to use this app to know it was poorly made. Youve been getting the same reviews for almost 4 months now. Prioritize please. Provide an app that people can enjoy an experience with - not one that frustrates and detracts from the museum. Nice work. Keep it up.

This app made my museum experience much better. I was able to listen to different descriptions of the exhibits. The audio clips followed the museum layout allowing me to know that I saw all the exhibits. It was nice having the audio when people crowded around the exhibit info cards. 2 problems with the app - 1) the audio requires a large download that doesnt automatically download when the app is installed. You should do this in advance of your trip if you want to avoid using your data. 2) every time my phone locked the audio would stop playing. I found myself constantly scrolling to prevent my phone from locking
